This engagement maintains structural clarity as your business evolves so execution does not gradually return to depending on you.

This is not coaching, implementation support, or embedded operations work.

It is periodic operational judgment applied at the moments where growth typically introduces friction.

Monthly Structure

Each month includes:

• One 60-minute Operational Review
• One 30-minute Decision Review
• Short written questions as needed between sessions

You continue leading the business.
This advisory ensures the structure continues supporting that leadership.

Appropriate use:

Upcoming changes
Unclear responsibility
Unexpected dependency
Important decisions

Not included:

Daily operations
Implementation tasks
Team management
On-demand availability

Responses to written questions are typically provided within 1–2 business days.

 Scheduling

At the beginning of each month you will receive available scheduling windows.

Sessions occur during normal business hours unless otherwise arranged.

Investment

$2,500 per month

Billing recurs automatically every 30 days.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date.
The current billing cycle remains active through its end date.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge:
